Job Description
The GTM Enablement Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing processes for the GTM Enablement team, driving our metrics/dashboards/reporting processes and supporting our enablement platform operations. This role works across the enablement team to identify areas for optimization, streamline processes, and support general operations as needed.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of operations, learning strategies, governance frameworks, and platform administration to drive adoption and effectiveness of learning systems and operational process.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Automation
- Optimize ways of working using AI and automation.
- Streamline existing processes and create efficiencies.
Platform Administration & Optimization
- Learning assignment/deployment execution
- Recurring metrics, reporting, and dashboard support
- User/admin support and general platform maintenance
- Operational task triage and day-to-day follow-through
- Documentation and cleanup for repeatable platform processes
- Discover ILT scheduling and calendaring solutions
Analytics & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics for learning adoption, completion rates, and content effectiveness.
- Leverage analytics tools to generate insights, reporting on learner engagement and system usage to drive continuous improvements.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities within the learning ecosystem.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Enablement, or similar functions
- Experience in process optimization, learning platform operations, metrics and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of learning technology, adult learning principles, and enablement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, SAP Litmos, Lessonly), CMS (e.g., Letter AI, MediaFly, Seismic, Highspot), and sales enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, MindTickle).
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience managing system integrations (e.g., CRM and collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams).
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
