We are hiring for a community-focused organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide impactful educational support.

The Role

• Deliver tailored Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Provide support to pupils ranging from KS1 to KS5, adapting to their specific learning requirements.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lesson progress and provide regular feedback on student development.
• Contribute to a mission of raising educational standards for vulnerable learners.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH populations.
• Familiarity and experience teaching Core Subjects (Maths, English, Science).
• Knowledge of safeguarding protocols and creating a secure learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• UK residency with the right to work in the UK.
