The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver compelling presentations for service programs.
• Develop customized proposals and successfully close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and track activities in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for industrial supply or service sectors.
• A proven history of exceeding sales goals and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
