Jr. AI Project Manager-W2

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of AI/ML and technology projects.
• Assist Senior Project Managers in defining project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, QA, Product, and Business teams.
• Track project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and project dashboards.
• Assist with requirements gathering and convert business requirements into clear project tasks/user stories.
• Work with technical teams to track AI model development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring activities.
• Support development and implementation of Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, automation, and data analytics use cases.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays, risks, and blockers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and dependencies.
• Prepare regular project status updates and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Support change management and ensure project scope changes are properly documented and communicated.
