Siemens Opcenter MES Technical Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a Siemens Opcenter MES Technical Lead to support the implementation, enhancement, integration, and ongoing production support of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) environment.

Summary

The ideal candidates will bring strong hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution/Camstar MES, combined with experience supporting enterprise manufacturing environments, cloud/container technologies, ERP integrations, and application support. These individuals will serve as senior technical resources, partnering with business stakeholders, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and other technology partners to deliver reliable and scalable MES solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Siemens Opcenter Execution/Camstar MES solutions
• Support MES builds, enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing AMS/production support activities
• Develop and troubleshoot MES functionality supporting manufacturing and shop-floor operations
• Support application deployments utilizing Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Kubernetes, containers, and Azure DevOps
• Design, develop, and support integrations between MES and enterprise/shop-floor platforms, including SAP/ERP systems
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries, APIs, interfaces, and application integrations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortable moving between Opcenter/Camstar development, SQL/API troubleshooting, Azure/Kubernetes deployments, SAP integrations, and production incidents while also being senior enough to provide technical direction and communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors
• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
