Job Description

• Bachelors or Any Degree with Experience in Information Technology or the relevant Field.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce applications supporting healthcare payer business processes.
• You should Work extensively with TriZetto Facets and understand Facets data, workflows, and business processes.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and Facets.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce, Facets, and external healthcare systems.
• Support healthcare processes including Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider, and Billing.
• Develop Salesforce workflows, triggers, batch classes, asynchronous processes, and integration services.
• Analyze Facets data and map it to Salesforce objects and business requirements.
• Background working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
• Familiarity with cost optimization and FinOps practices on Google Cloud Platform has context menu
