Salary: 10% Commission on all jobs!

What You'll Do

• Perform residential drain cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, and mechanical descaling.
• Conduct sewer camera inspections to accurately diagnose drain and sewer issues.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and preventative maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for drain restoration and rehabilitation services.
• Partner with the sales team on larger drain and sewer rehabilitation projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional drain cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience operating cable machines, sectional machines, and high-pressure water jetters.
• Experience clearing kitchen, bathroom, main sewer, floor drain, and laundry stoppages.
• Experience with sewer camera inspections and locating defects.
• Ability to diagnose the cause of a stoppage rather than simply clear the blockage.
• Experience identifying opportunities for sewer repair, replacement, hydro jetting.
• Basic understanding of residential plumbing systems and drain/waste/vent systems.
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, basements, attics, and other difficult environments.
• Able to safely operate and maintain drain-cleaning equipment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain findings to homeowners and present repair options professionally
