Job Description

INSTALL IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

You know the best plumbing installations are the ones customers can depend on for years. Clean work, careful planning, and attention to detail matter.

We’re looking for a Plumbing Installation Technician who is ready to build it right.

Since 2009, we’ve grown from a one-man HVAC company into a trusted home-service provider serving homeowners throughout the Charlotte area. We’ve grown a lot, but our approach has not changed: take care of our customers, take care of our team, communicate clearly, and do quality work the right way.

We make systems work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Plumbing Installation Technician, you’ll install residential plumbing systems and equipment safely, efficiently, and to company standards while protecting the customer’s home.

  • Install standard and tankless water heaters
  • Install toilets, faucets, fixtures, and garbage disposals
  • Complete whole-home repipes and install water, sewer, and gas lines
  • Install water filtration and treatment systems and sump pumps
  • Read job scopes and prepare tools, materials, and equipment
  • Identify code, safety, and installation concerns
  • Protect the customer’s home and maintain a clean work area
  • Communicate job progress and changes clearly
  • Complete accurate installation documentation
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and materials organized
  • Follow company safety, quality, and plumbing-code standards
  • Participate in ongoing technical and professional training

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Three years of residential plumbing installation experience requested, but not required
  • Experience with residential plumbing installations and changeouts
  • Working knowledge of plumbing codes and safe work practices
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements
  • Dependable, adaptable, and ready to learn
  • Relevant licenses, apprenticeships, certifications, or manufacturer training are a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
