Job Title

Senior Systems Analyst Digital Health Standards

Lead complex business and systems analysis across standards-related initiatives, shaping requirements, solution design and stakeholder outcomes in an Agile delivery environment.

QLD, ACT, NSW

Work Arrangement

Hybrid - onsite at least 2 days per week for face-to-face team meetings, subject to change based on collaboration needs

Contract Duration

12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions

Essential Tasks

• Lead analysis of business needs across complex new and existing standards initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder input to develop coordinated business and project requirements.
• Provide business analysis, systems analysis and design changes aligned with strategic direction.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, quality outcomes and stakeholder engagement across complex projects.

Key Criteria

• Strong experience leading business analysis across complex standards-related initiatives.
• Relevant systems analysis skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills across business and technology teams.
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile Software Development environment.
