Your new company
You will be joining a major enterprise environment supporting and developing a complex SharePoint estate across both on-premises and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Your new role
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer / SharePoint SME to provide 3rd line technical support and specialist expertise across a SharePoint environment. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical capability across SharePoint administration, upgrades and platform support.
Key responsibilities

• Act as the 3rd line escalation point for complex SharePoint issues
• Lead SharePoint Server 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) upgrade activities
• Manage and support SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365
• Ensure platform performance, reliability and security
• Support ongoing development and enhancement of the SharePoint estate

What you'll need to succeed
Essential skills and experience

• Strong experience with SharePoint Server 2019
• Experience with SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE)
• SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) expertise
• Experience supporting enterprise SharePoint environments
• Strong troubleshooting and 3rd line support capability

Desirable skills and experience

• OneDrive
• Microsoft Teams
• Exchange Online
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities

Preferred certifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
• Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
• Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
