Job Description
Target Earnings: $55K - $100K+ (Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions)

We are hiring motivated Inside Sales Representatives to support a variety of client programs across industries such as technology, energy, healthcare, and business services.

This is a high-impact, sales role focused on engaging prospects, generating qualified opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Qualify leads and identify customer needs
Schedule appointments or close sales based on campaign structure
Accurately track activity and pipeline in CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
Full-time W-2 position
~ On-target earnings typically range from $50,000–$85,000+
