Equine Stud Veterinary Surgeon

Salary up to £65,000 (FTE) 6 Month

Fyrnwy Equine Hospital is a well-established 18 vet practice with a Tier 3 equine hospital and ambulatory branch, covering Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales. The practice consists of European boarded specialists in surgery and medicine, as well as 3 equine nurses, 1 student vet nurse and 11 support staff members. As a practice we manage a mix of National Hunt Thoroughbred studs and Sports horse clients as well as some individual breeders.

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload. 

You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.
