Job Summary

Value Technology is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with hands-on AI experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, SQL, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI.

The candidate will be responsible for building modern web applications, developing RESTful APIs and microservices, and integrating AI-powered capabilities into enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI capabilities into applications.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources.
• Develop Agentic AI workflows, AI agents, and tool integrations to automate business processes.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, database schemas, and stored procedures.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, databases, and AI APIs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow Agile software development practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience developing frontend applications using React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Practical experience with RAG architecture and enterprise data integration.
• Knowledge or experience with Agentic AI, AI agents, and tool calling.
• Experience integrating backend services with external APIs and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Git, unit testing, build tools, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of AI application security, evaluation, and performance optimization.
