Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong experience with general accounting, financial statements, budgeting/forecasting, audits, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting/financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ADP; strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• CPA certification is preferred.
• Previous biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
