Job Description

UX Designer
Location: Greentree, PA – Onsite 3 days/week (hybrid)
Employment Type: W2, Hourly
Contract Length: 6-12 months
Experience Level: Mid-level (3-5 years)

Overview
We're seeking a Mid-level UX Designer to join a growing product team building modern web applications. You'll work closely with a team of React and Next.js developers throughout the design lifecycle, from early wireframing through final implementation, ensuring your designs translate cleanly into working software.

The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite at the Greentree, PA office, with the remaining two days remote, supporting real-time collaboration while still allowing flexibility for focused design work.

Responsibilities

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web-based applications
  • Collaborate closely with React and Next.js developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoff
  • Conduct usability reviews and iterate on designs based on developer and stakeholder feedback
  • Maintain consistency with existing design systems and UI patterns
  • Participate in sprint planning and design reviews alongside the engineering team

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional UX design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web application design work
  • Experience working directly with front-end development teams (React and Next.js preferred)
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional environment
  • Must be available onsite at the Greentree, PA office 3 days per week
  • W2 hourly position, all candidates must be able to work on W2 status
