Network Specialist

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Specialist to join our team. The Network Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, including Palo Alto firewall administration, Cisco Catalyst switch configuration, and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Palo Alto firewall administration and security policies
• Cisco Catalyst switch configuration and troubleshooting
• VLANs, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network troubleshooting
• Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) administration
• User/group management and access control
• Network security, VPNs, and firewall monitoring
• Identity and access management (IAM)
• Incident response and network performance monitoring
• Network telemetry, monitoring, and performance analysis
• Troubleshooting network connectivity, latency, packet loss, and routing issues
• Palo Alto firewall monitoring, policy analysis, and incident troubleshooting
• Cisco Catalyst switching, VLANs, routing, and interface troubleshooting
• Microsoft Entra ID identity, authentication, and access troubleshooting
• Log analysis and correlation across network, firewall, and identity systems
• Root-cause analysis and incident resolution
• Proactive detection of network and security anomalies

• Experience with network security, VPNs, and firewall monitoring
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM)
