Oracle Apex Developer / Lead

An experienced Oracle APEX Architect to lead the design, development, modernization, and governance of enterprise applications built on the Oracle Application Express (APEX) platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining application architecture, establishing development standards, leading technical teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing business solutions integrated with Oracle databases and enterprise systems.

The Oracle APEX Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, DBAs, and project managers to deliver innovative digital solutions that support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

Design end-to-end Oracle APEX application architectures for EBS and Fusion MES applications.

Define technical roadmaps, development standards, and governance frameworks.

Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable applications utilizing Oracle APEX and Oracle Database technologies.

Evaluate and recommend best practices for application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Create application architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documentation.

Oracle APEX Development Leadership

Provide technical leadership for Oracle APEX development teams.

Review and approve technical designs, code, and deployment strategies.

Establish reusable frameworks, templates, and development accelerators.

Lead migration of legacy Oracle Forms, custom applications, and other systems to Oracle APEX.

Guide implementation of responsive UI/UX designs and mobile-friendly applications.

Should have knowledge on -

Design and optimize Oracle database schemas, PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions.

Architect integrations with:

Oracle EBS

Oracle Fusion Applications

REST APIs

SOAP Services

Third-party enterprise applications

Cloud services (OCI, Azure, AWS)

Develop API-driven architectures and service-oriented solutions.
