Pay Range: $73/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and approve monthly Co-Lo invoices for Fixed Rent, Space, and Metered Power.
• Ensure accurate classification and timely approvals to prevent payment delays.
• Track and report on invoices, accruals, and cost trends across providers.
• Collaborate with Co-Lo suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Drive automation initiatives to standardize invoice processing and improve efficiency.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in financial operations, accounts payable, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a focus on invoice and PO validation.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
• Experience with data centers, Co-Location providers, or cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with consumption-based billing and ERP/procurement workflows.
• Exposure to AI/document-intelligence technologies for invoice processing.
