Contract Opportunity 3 Month Initial Contract + Extension Options (6-12 Months) Sydney
About the OrganisationOur client is a large and well-established organisation undertaking a significant AI transformation program. With a strong focus on innovation, productivity improvement, and responsible AI adoption, they are investing in enterprise-wide AI capabilities, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and next-generation AI agents.
The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced AI Agents Lead to drive the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot and lead the development of high-value AI agents across the organisation. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions, establishing AI operating models, promoting best-practice prompting techniques, and delivering measurable business outcomes through AI-powered automation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the enterprise-wide rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Own and deliver the AI Agent roadmap, including conversational and automation agents built using platforms such as Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
- Establish and manage an AI Agent Factory operating model covering intake, design, build, governance, and measurement processes.
- Develop prompting standards, reusable prompt libraries, and AI literacy initiatives across the business. ,
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-value AI use cases.
- Contribute to capability uplift through training, mentoring, and AI champion programs.
- Ensure solutions comply with privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI requirements.
- Collaborate with Microsoft, IT service owners, and vendors to align AI roadmaps and platform capabilities.
- Define success measures, benefits realisation frameworks, and executive reporting dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise AI, digital transformation, or automation initiatives.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI adoption programs. ,
- Experience delivering AI agents, workflow automation, or conversational AI solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills. ,
- Experience establishing governance frameworks and working within security, risk, privacy, and compliance environments. ,
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and training delivery skills. ,
- Ability to define KPIs, success metrics, adoption strategies, and benefits realisation programs. ,
- Experience building AI operating models or Centres of Excellence.
- Exposure to Responsible AI frameworks and governance controls.
- Experience managing AI product roadmaps and enterprise adoption initiatives. ,
