We are seeking passionate Special Education Needs Tutors to join an impact-driven community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people. This role offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to make a significant difference in your local area.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with schools and local authorities to support disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with special educational needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed manner.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
