Overview

LCS is looking for a mid-to-senior BI Developer to help evolve Inside Advantage, its internal BI reporting suite. The platform brings together finance, health services, and people analytics data and serves as the go-to source for BI information across LCS communities and corporate - roughly 1,000 monthly users with strong adoption and trust across the business.

Functionality has been added over time, and the architecture now needs optimization to perform and scale going forward. In parallel, LCS is defining how AI fits into the platform - proactive, generated insights and a broader strategy for Inside Advantage. This person will contribute to both.

This is a hands-on build role with room to influence direction - more than a standard report-writing seat.
What You'll Do

• Build and enhance Power BI reporting against Snowflake data sources
• Contribute to optimizing and modernizing the Inside Advantage architecture for performance and scale
• Support the platform's AI roadmap, including proactive AI-generated insights
• Partner with the corporate BI resource and three additional BI resources across the data platform
• Take ownership of workstreams and help guide approach as the team grows

What We're Looking For

• Solid hands-on Power BI development experience, ideally with Snowflake
• Familiarity with or interest in generative AI / AI-driven reporting
• Ability to work independently and help shape approach, not just execute tickets
• Preferred: senior living industry experience - understanding metrics like occupancy is a differentiator
