The Customer Service Sales Associate at our retail location is dedicated to providing exceptional service to every customer. This role involves handling package processing, operating a variety of office and point-of-sale equipment, and advising customers on products and services with confidence and expertise. The ideal candidate values a friendly, professional atmosphere and is eager to quickly learn all aspects of our business.

This position reports directly to the Store Manager and requires availability on weekdays until 6:30pm as well as regular weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in and telephone customers
Listen attentively to customers and team members to understand needs and resolve issues
Take ownership of shipping concerns and provide effective solutions
Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
Operate all office equipment, software, and point-of-sale devices proficiently
Assist and train others in equipment operation when needed
Keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized

Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in customer service and retail sales
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Strong teamwork and communication skills
