Okta/ Identity Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Identity / IAM Architect with strong Okta expertise and a deep understanding of security, workflow, and identity management.

This role provides architectural leadership, drives the delivery of enterprise solutions, and leads complex cross-functional initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, development, monitoring, and delivery of IAM services
• Provide architectural oversight for new and enhanced security solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and architects to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Support design, development, testing, and deployment activities
• Recommend and drive automation and process improvements
• Ensure system stability and availability across IAM platforms
• Execute on strategic direction for the business function
• Lead complex initiatives and high-visibility programs
• Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and productivity
• Deep expertise in IAM/PAM and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
• Strong knowledge of data security and cloud platforms

Okta Certified Administrator, Developer, and Consultant is highly preferred.
