Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application management, infrastructure onboarding, compliance, and technology operations and a proven ability to coordinate multi-team delivery, track execution, and produce accurate leadership reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate incoming compliance, security, and infrastructure requests.


• Track projects, milestones, risks, issues, and action items across multiple initiatives.


• Gather status updates and maintain leadership and operational reporting.


• Plan and coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions.


• Support infrastructure onboarding and application management activities.

Stakeholders & Collaboration:

• Application Managers, Development Teams, APS/Support Teams.


• Infrastructure and Architecture partners.


• Project Managers and PMO functions.


• Risk and Compliance teams.


• No external client interaction. The role partners with internal technology and support organizations.

Focus Areas:

• Infrastructure onboarding projects.


• Compliance and security initiatives.


• Technology upgrades and enterprise-driven changes.


• Operational reporting and governance activities.

Expected Outcomes:

• Coordinated execution across teams and workstreams.


• Accurate, timely reporting for leadership and stakeholders.


• On-time delivery and completion of required activities.

This is not a single-project role. The candidate will support a portfolio spanning application management, infrastructure, compliance, and operational initiatives across multiple applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in technology operations or project/program coordination.


• Proficiency with Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis.


• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, or similar tools.


• Strong organizational skills with status reporting and documentation discipline.


• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior Bank of America experience, RISE experience, or Quartz infrastructure exposure.


• Background in application management or quality assurance.


• Risk, compliance, or governance experience.


• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA.
