About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Architect to lead the architecture, assessment, and modernization of enterprise PeopleSoft HCM environments.

This is a senior-level architecture role focused on PeopleSoft modernization, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration, integration architecture, and data & analytics strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define modernization roadmaps and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture assessments and modernization initiatives across PeopleSoft HCM environments.
• Develop and execute strategies for migrating PeopleSoft HCM workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Design enterprise integration architecture across PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, and third-party applications.
• Define data architecture and strategies for reporting, analytics, and data modernization.
• Assess existing PeopleSoft environments and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
• Develop technical roadmaps covering application, cloud, integration, and data architecture.
• Provide senior technical leadership throughout modernization and transformation programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and enterprise architects.
• Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
• 5+ years of architecture, modernization, or technical leadership experience.
• Strong background in PeopleSoft HCM architecture and enterprise environments.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud migration.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with data architecture, analytics, reporting, and data strategy.
• Experience leading complex PeopleSoft modernization or transformation programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop and communicate complex technical architecture and modernization roadmaps.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA.

Nice to Have

• Oracle Cloud certifications.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and application modernization.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft with Oracle Cloud and third-party platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, BI, and analytics solutions.
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise or government environments.
