Senior AI Engineer with AWS and Databricks

We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer with strong production experience on AWS and Databricks to design, build, deploy, and support AI/ML solutions across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered enterprise-grade AI products using Databricks-native capabilities and has hands-on ownership of AI agents and Gen AI solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions across the full software development lifecycle Develop and implement AI agents and Gen AI solutions for enterprise-grade use cases Own AI solutions end-to-end, from model development and deployment to monitoring and support Integrate AI capabilities into business applications and data products Work with large-scale data to build and support production AI workloads Optimize AI models and pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency Manage model governance, versioning, and lifecycle using MLflow Leverage Databricks-native capabilities, including Feature Store, Model Serving, Lakehouse AI, and Unity Catalog Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet business and technical requirements Monitor and maintain AI solutions in production, ensuring reliability and performance Requirements 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on production-grade solutions Expertise in AI agents development and Gen AI solutions development Proficiency in Amazon Web Services and Databricks Skills in MLflow, Feature Store, and Model Serving Knowledge of Lakehouse AI and Unity Catalog Background in integrating AI capabilities into business applications and data products Understanding of large-scale data processing and production AI workload management English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Familiarity with AWS Bedrock
