Project Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established construction contractor delivering complex construction, refurbishment, fit-out and infrastructure projects across highly regulated sectors. The contractor has an established track record at Hinkley Point, having delivered major site accommodation and construction projects within the nuclear environment. Their wider portfolio includes commercial, industrial, education, infrastructure and specialist regulated projects. The Role You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects at Hinkley Point, managing programme, subcontractors, quality, health & safety, commercial performance and client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through to completion.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain.
• Drive programme performance and project delivery.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee health & safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Monitor costs, variations and project performance.
• Coordinate design, technical and construction activities.
• Chair progress meetings and provide regular project reporting.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification. Requirements
• Proven Project Management experience within construction.
• Experience delivering complex commercial, industrial, infrastructure or fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• SMSTS – Essential
• CSCS – Essential
• First Aid – Essential
• Previous nuclear or highly regulated environment experience advantageous.
• Existing Hinkley Point clearance/security clearance is required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work on a major and highly regulated construction environment with the potential for long-term opportunities
