Requirement details:

Job Title: Oracle HCM Help Desk Functional Consultant (Case Management)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Oracle HCM Help Desk.

Manage HR Help Desk and Case Management functionality.

Configure case categories, queues, priorities and assignment rules.

Handle case routing, escalation and resolution.

Configure HR service requests and employee self-service.

Manage case lifecycle and workflow configurations.

Perform SIT, UAT and functional testing.

Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.

Coordinate with HR, business and technical teams.

Required Skills:

Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Oracle HCM Help Desk.

Case Management experience.

HR Service Requests and Case Routing.

Functional Configuration and Testing.

Implementation and Support Experience.

Key Focus: Oracle HCM Help Desk, Case Management configuration, HR service delivery and employee support.
