The Role

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Analyze company performance, identify trends, and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Support board presentations and other key financial communications.
• Provide financial due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist with capital structure management and cash flow forecasting.

What You'll Need

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Prior experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a background in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital budgeting.
• Superior financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
