Sr Financial Analyst

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Sr Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Business Professional department supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Financial Analyst

Location: Massillon, OH

Pay Range: $32.00

Shift: first shift

What's the Job?

• Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including product cost standards updates and bridging cost changes
• Manage weekly and monthly cost reporting, analyzing actual vs. forecasted results
• Interpret variance to target for direct expenses and provide KPI breakdowns to plant leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial planning and reporting systems
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and variance commentary

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or manufacturing finance within a plant or supply chain environment
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and financial modeling tools; experience with 4Site is a plus
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and variance analysis
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
