Description:
Diversified Systems is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to support the agency's mobile device management and endpoint management environment utilizing Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune. The selected consultant will be responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting enterprise mobile device management solutions while helping modernize and streamline device deployment and management processes.

The consultant will work closely with agency IT staff to implement mobile device management solutions aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, configure, implement, and support the agency's mobile device management and endpoint management environment utilizing Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• Configure device enrollment processes for enterprise-managed devices.
• Implement and support compliance policies, conditional access policies, and device security policies.
• Configure and support application deployment and endpoint management solutions.
• Support Apple Business Manager integration.
• Support Apple DEP/ADE enrollment processes.
• Support Android Enterprise integration.
• Assist with migration activities from existing mobile device management platforms.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
• Develop technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to agency IT staff.
• Provide implementation recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards.
• Collaborate with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management required.
• Experience implementing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions in enterprise environments required.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) required.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager required.
• Experience with Apple DEP/ADE required.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access policies required.
• Experience configuring compliance policies required.
• Experience configuring device security policies required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices required.
• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management required.
• Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience documenting technical processes required.
• Experience providing knowledge transfer to agency staff required.

Desired Skills:

• Experience working within state government or public sector environments preferred.
• Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune preferred.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning preferred.
• Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards preferred.
• Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure, or Endpoint Management preferred.
• Experience integrating mobile device management solutions with ticketing or asset management systems preferred.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation preferred.
