Duration: 12 Months

Must be a current resident of Virginia (VA), Maryland (MD), or Washington, DC. Must be willing and able to work onsite in Richmond, VA as required by the client

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting.
• 2+ years of experience designing, securing, integrating, and troubleshooting APIs.
• 2+ years of experience with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, authentication, logging, and monitoring.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM processes and modules.
• 2+ years of experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog, ACLs, and automated testing.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow data models, tables, reference relationships, and CMDB.
• 2+ years of experience designing user-centered solutions with accessibility, security, and maintainability considerations.
• 2+ years of experience with testing, code reviews, source control, and release-management practices.
• 3+ years of strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, and configurable workspaces.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or AI Search.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise integrations, accessibility standards, and ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or ITIL.
• 2+ years of experience in additional ServiceNow domains such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or App Engine.
• 2+ years of experience with automated deployment pipelines, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices.
