Job Title: Audio and Video Technicians
Location: White Plains, NY

Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Audio and Video Technicians to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Operate and maintain professional video equipment, studio systems, cameras, and related production technology to support live and recorded video productions.
Plan, set up, and execute video production activities, ensuring equipment, technical configurations, and production environments are prepared for successful events and recordings.
Perform video editing and post-production activities, preparing recorded content for distribution while maintaining established technical and quality standards.
Lead or coordinate technical production activities, troubleshoot equipment and production issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure productions are delivered efficiently and reliably.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3–5 years of experience in videography, video production, live production, video editing, studio operations, or related media production activities.
Technical Skills	Videography, Video Production, Video Editing, Live Production, Studio Operations, Camera Operations, Video Equipment, Production Technology, Post-Production, Technical Troubleshooting, Production Coordination
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting corporate live video production environments rather than entertainment-focused live production. Experience operating video production equipment and studio environments for corporate communications, meetings, presentations, events, or internal programming. Experience performing technical production and video support within a large corporate organization. Experience leading or coordinating live production activities while working with internal stakeholders and production teams. Experience supporting professional video production operations in onsite corporate studio environments.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
