Job Description

Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute PB Analyst to support Epic Revenue Cycle operations, configuration, testing, and production support.

Key Requirements:

  • Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification

  • 5+ years of Epic PB experience

  • Experience with Financial Assistance (FA)

  • Expertise in Charge Adjustment Review and Retroactive Processing

  • Experience with Claims & Statement Processing

  • Strong knowledge of Single Billing Office (SBO)

  • Strong understanding of Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, build, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support

  • Ability to collaborate with business and revenue cycle teams to resolve issues and optimize PB workflows
