SALES REPRESENTATIVE / CUSTOMER SERVICE

As a Sales Representative you'll be responsible for dealing with customers, answering queries, selling goods, handling payments and making sure that our products are attractively displayed. The Sales Representative will also be expected to create sales goals and forecast future sales projections while continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer service, as well as monitoring competitors and training staff. • Making sure that your store meets sales targets / goals
• Managing stock levels
• Reviewing all Sales Rental Orders for compliance and approval
• Analyzing sales figures
• Create goals and sales strategies
• Forecasting future sales
• Dealing with customer service opportunities
• Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
