Job Description

Senior RCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Remote – USA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior RCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience to support billing, claims, data migration, validation, and system-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze healthcare RCM workflows, including claims, billing, payments, denials, and A/R.
Translate business requirements into functional and data requirements.
Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cleanup.
Develop and execute business and data test cases.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues.
Collaborate with business, technical, and engineering teams.
Support data migration, testing, readiness, and business sign-off.
Identify risks impacting financials, reporting, and downstream processes.

Required Skills:

7+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM and/or techno-functional roles.
Strong Claims & Billing experience.
Experience with physician-practice or specialty healthcare RCM.
Hands-on experience with data mapping, reconciliation, and testing.
Strong communication and business-to-technical translation skills.
Experience with RCM systems and data migration.
Unlimited Financials (UF) experience preferred.
