Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to analyze complex data, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making. The role involves working with large datasets, developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and collaborating with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Gather data requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality checks.
• Track and analyze key business and operational KPIs.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support junior analysts and provide guidance on analytical tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of KPIs, reporting, and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
