Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help turn raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets, build reports and dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from relational databases
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decisions
• Partner with stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Product, etc.) to define reporting needs and KPIs
• Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives
• Document data definitions, processes, and methodologies for reproducibility
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and systems
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''''s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
