Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst with 1–4 years of experience to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with data, reporting, visualization, and business intelligence tools.

The role involves analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for business teams.
  • Use statistical techniques to support business analysis.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
  • Document analytical processes and reporting methodologies.
  • Support process improvements through data-driven recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of pandas, NumPy, or other analytical libraries.
  • Experience working with large datasets and databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
