Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with structured datasets, and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. Experience with Python and AI-powered analytics solutions is a plus.

In this role, you will analyze data from multiple sources, identify trends and patterns, develop dashboards and reports, and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy, monitor business performance, and support data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate business performance.

• Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.

• Use Excel and other analytical tools to perform data analysis and reporting.

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decision-making.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.

• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and analytical needs.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis and present findings to relevant teams.

• Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.

• Document data sources, analytical methodologies, and reporting processes.

• Explore Python and AI-powered tools to improve analytical workflows and reporting efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, or a related field.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, querying, and analysis.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and lookup functions.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, and data quality principles.

• Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and analytical techniques.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.

• Familiarity with pandas, NumPy, or similar analytical libraries.

• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.

• Experience developing interactive dashboards and automated reports.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.

• Understanding of business intelligence tools and KPI reporting.

• Exposure to Generative AI or AI-assisted data analysis tools.

• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
