Interview Focus: Strong communication + practical/hands-on technical skills

Important: Candidates must be able to walk through practical, day-to-day Dynamics development scenarios, not just answer theoretical questions. Strong communication skills are essential.

Position Overview

Seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to develop and enhance the existing Dynamics implementation and provide production support. Strong experience with the Service Module and C#/.NET is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• New development, enhancements and production support for Dynamics 365.
• Develop C# plugins, workflows and CRM actions.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP web services.
• Participate in requirements gathering, backlog grooming and daily Scrum.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production/non-production issues.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers and QA teams.
