Job description

Job Title: Senior DevOPS Delivery Program Support Officer
Location : QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA, TAS
Working arrangement : Hybrid
Security clearance Must be able to obtain Baseline
Job responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Agile delivery, resources, and milestones.
  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies and governance forums.
  • Prepare stakeholder reporting and delivery updates.
  • Manage plans, risks, dependencies, and project artefacts.
  • Drive actions, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain change and release documentation.
To be successful in this role you are required to have the following;
  • Experience delivering technology solutions in Agile, PMO, or transformation environments.
  • Skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies and governance forums.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with actionable delivery insights.
  • Proven risk, dependency, and RAID management experience.
  • Experience managing resources across competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
  • Experience with stage-gate/audit-ready governance, vendor coordination, SAFe/Scrum/PMP/PRINCE2 certifications,
  • and tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI.
