We are currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our ICT team on a 12-month contract, based at Botanic Ridge.

About the Role

As the main point of contact for IT support, you will provide Level 1/2 technical assistance, manage service desk requests, and help deliver a positive IT experience across our Southeastern sites.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Botanic Ridge, with occasional travel to our other operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT support across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365
• Manage and resolve service desk tickets within SLA requirements
• Support device deployment, onboarding, and user set-ups
• Manage mobile devices through Intune
• Maintain IT assets and documentation
• Liaise with external vendors on escalated issues
• Assist with service desk improvements and reporting

About You

• 3-5 years' experience in an IT Service Desk role
• Strong Level 1/2 troubleshooting skills
• Experience with ManageEngine or a similar ITSM platform
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Well organised, proactive, and solution-focused
