The Role

• Deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services directly to customers at their locations.
• Manage daily workload, including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, while ensuring efficient stock management and customer communication.
• Independently assess vehicle issues and make appropriate repair decisions to meet customer needs.
• Represent the organisation positively through excellent customer service and professional conduct.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete administrative tasks.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or an equivalent certification.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a vehicle technician, working with a diverse range of light vehicles.
• A valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
