The Role

• Conduct internal training sessions on optometry and work with advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Provide expert optical consultations to customers and support colleagues with optical-related inquiries.
• Perform refractions and ensure standardized refraction procedures are followed by the team.
• Oversee the technical equipment in the store and contribute technical expertise to store management.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• Completed training and certification as an Optikermeister (Master Optician).
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for engaging customers with products.
• A collaborative spirit and a drive to achieve team objectives.
