BMC Helix Developer (100% Remote)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced BMC Helix Developer to design, configure, and automate enterprise ITSM solutions across BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP), Smart IT, and Helix Workflows / Innovation Studio. In this role, you will build end-to-end service catalog offerings, customize service desk interfaces, and build low-code/codeless process automations and integrations across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Service Catalog & Portal (DWP / DWP Catalog): Design and publish dynamic Service Request forms, configure complex multi-step approval workflows, manage user entitlement sets, and handle SRM catalog migration.
Service Desk UI Customization (Smart IT): Customize views, map custom fields, configure Knowledge Management (KCS) workflows, and optimize ticket templates for Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management.
Process Automation (Innovation Studio / Developer Studio): Build custom process workflows, rules, and associations using Innovation Studio; maintain and develop legacy Remedy AR System workflow objects (Filters, Active Links, Escalations) as needed.
Required 7+ Years of Experience Particularly on BMC Helix Software
BMC Helix Proficiency: Hands-on experience with BMC Helix DWP, DWP Catalog, Smart IT, and Innovation Studio.
ITSM & ITIL: Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes (Incident, Change, Service Request, Asset/CMDB).
Technical & Integration: Proficient with REST APIs, JSON/XML payload structures, and basic database/SQL logic.
