Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise banking solutions built on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, nCino implementation, and banking/lending processes, with the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Configure and customize nCino Bank Operating System (BOS) to support commercial and retail lending processes.
• Integrate Salesforce/nCino with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and implement business requirements.
• Participate in application design, code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
• Support production releases, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with nCino platform development and configuration.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Visualforce
  • SOQL & SOSL
  • Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data migration.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
• nCino Certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with Commercial Lending, Retail Lending, Loan Origination, Underwriting, or Banking Operations.
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
