Design Lead - Online Banking

About the role:Rabobank's Technology team within the COO Domain is at the heart of enabling & supporting our business across Australia & New Zealand. From securing digital infrastructure to delivering scalable data & technology solutions, the team drives innovation, stability, security & collaboration across the organisation. The Online Banking squad within Technology has an opportunity for a Design Lead. This isn't a traditional, hands-off architecture role.

We need someone with strong software engineering foundations who can turn business requirements into clear technical designs, guide engineers through implementation & get into the technical detail when needed. Working closely with Engineering, Product & Architecture, you'll provide design leadership across our Client Experience technology area & help us build secure, scalable & sustainable digital banking solutions.
