About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in .net, asp.net, C#, and SQL server projects. This role involves leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing .net, asp.net, c#, and sql server-based solutions.

2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

3. Architect robust and scalable technical solutions that meet the business objectives.

4. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high performance and quality deliverables.

5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate software components and resolve technical issues.

6. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in .net, asp.net, c#, sql server, and propose recommendations for improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in .net framework, asp.net, c#, and sql server technologies.

2. Strong experience in leading development teams and delivering end-to-end software solutions.

3. Expertise in software design principles, patterns, and best practices.

4. Handson experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting in .net, asp.net, c#, sql server environments.

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Must Have Skill

.NET Framework,ASP.NET Framework,C#,Microsoft SQL Server

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in .net, asp.net, C#, sql server technologies are a plus.
