Pharma Benefit Management Or Medicaid Enterprise Systems Experince Is Mandatory

Similar to Transformation Leader but a scaled down more focusing on implementation rather than strategy

10+ years of experience in testing, quality engineering, or technology delivery

3 5+ years of experience in transformation, process improvement, or CoE initiatives

Strong understanding of STLC, ALM tools, automation frameworks, and testing processes

Experience working in multi-vendor environments with RACI-based governance models

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive change adoption
