2) Is prior insurance sales experience required? You don’t need any prior knowledge about insurance. Having previous sales success is a major plus though! A Sales Agent who consistently meets their goals can expect to make $100K annually! Say hello to your dream six-figure income, baby! Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Take premium payments from customers.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Return all phone messages promptly. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building.
