Job Description

Role: ERP Administrator / Project Manager 
Location: Eatonton, GA - Onsite (approximately 85 miles from Atlanta)

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time, on-site ERP Administrator / Project Manager to own and improve our manufacturing ERP environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the ERP system serves as the single source of truth across production, inventory, shipping, and financial processes while driving process improvements throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will work closely with manufacturing, operations, warehouse, shipping, and accounting teams to optimize workflows, improve data accuracy, and lead ERP-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the 2020 Insight ERP system.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing business processes within the ERP.
  • Ensure inventory, production, shipping, and billing workflows are accurate and efficient.
  • Identify and eliminate manual workarounds by implementing scalable system solutions.
  • Partner with accounting to ensure accurate ERP data and seamless integration with NetSuite.
  • Develop SQL queries, reports, and data validations to support business operations.
  • Lead ERP enhancement projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
  • Work closely with shop floor personnel to understand operational challenges and translate them into system improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and IT.
  • Maintain ERP documentation, system configurations, and user training materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience administering or supporting an ERP system in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong SQL skills for reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes including inventory, production, work orders, shipping, and purchasing.
  • Proven ability to analyze business processes and implement system improvements.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Eastern Georgia.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with 2020 Insight or other manufacturing ERP systems.
  • Experience integrating ERP systems with NetSuite or similar accounting platforms.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com and Salesforce.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies, APIs, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
